It was a great stay at NH hotel in Hamburg! Good location and great personnel. I had issues with sleeping and in the middle of the night went down to the receptionist named Birol who provided me with earplugs and sleep mask. Great guy!

Best greetings for Mr. Dag! Really good barman and receptionist. Hotel is serving a good breakfasts. The place is cosy, and is localised in really nice part of Hamburg.

We arrived very late at night after having our flight cancelled. Birol the receptionist went well beyond his job to make us feel welcomed. Rooms are very modern and extremely nice. 10/10 would highly recommend. Short trip into town on the underground

Staff extremamente atencioso, fomos atendidas pelo Anthon quando chegamos. O quarto estava preparado nos dando boas-vindas. Quarto de tamanho muito bom, limpo, aconchegante e funcional. Tinha tudo o que precisávamos. Possui elevador. Muito bem decorado.

O NH Hotel é um hotel moderno, ideal para um bom fim de semana em Hamburgo. O local não é no meio da agitação, mas há duas estações de metrô nas proximidades, de onde você pode ir a qualquer lugar. O café da manhã foi boa média em termos de seleção, mas muito saboroso. A equipe foi amistosa e atenciosa e sempre deu uma dica se você quiser comer bem e barato. Também vale a pena mencionar os dois vouchers de bebida que você recebe se ficar sem toalhas novas, etc. O que não deveria ser um problema com duas noites. Na verdade, deveria ser uma questão de esquecer, mas com essa ação você atrai ainda mais hóspedes para ficar sem. É aqui que a proteção ambiental começa.

Eu tenho um quarto grande com banheiro pequeno :), mas estou feliz por ter escolhido aquele hotel, não reclama. Poderia ser mais barato para o que você ganha, no geral eu recomendo ficar aqui, mas lembre-se de escolher quartos maiores (20m).

I have big room with small bathroom:) , but I'm happy that I choose that hotel, no complains. It could be cheaper for what you get, overall I can recommend to stay here, just remember to choose bigger rooms (20m).

Nice personel. Quarto era grande e limpo. Cama excelente! O quarto estava pronto às 10 da manhã, o que, claro, foi ótimo!A localização é excelente, o U2 e o U3 estão nas imediações (4 minutos a pé)O café da manhã estava incluído e ok ... Eu teria gostado um pouco mais de seleção de salsichas.

O hotel está convenientemente localizado entre duas estações de metrô (Schlump e Christ Church). Isso permite que você alcance todos os destaques turísticos muito rapidamente. Nosso quarto moderno era muito limpo, todos os funcionários do hotel foram muito simpáticos e corteses. Nós apreciamos muito a nossa estadia.

Very nice hotel with perfect location. Early check-in at no extra charge was possible. The room is clean and nicely decorated. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful (especially mr. Birol and young lady at the reception)

The staff were very unhelpful and rude about the fact that the cot I ordered for my room was broken. They replaced the broken cot with yet another broken cot and proceeded to tell me it wasn't broken and they had no more to offer. The suggestion was that I put my baby in the king size bed with me. The cot in question is about €40 to buy in shops but they didn't offer to go and purchase a new one or any other attempt to solve the issue. In the end we had to leave hotel and get our money back at 6pm on a Saturday evening with two young children. Unacceptable for a 4 star hotel, I do not recommend you stay here with a family. They do not appear to care about a families needs.

Good location close to trendy Stern Schanze - Cosy busy Street Ferring there., value for Money, Bed superb.- Very Loud elevator though. Lived in room 602 (streetside busy Street) could hear elevatorsounds inside our room. aircondition worked 50/50.. need to be looked after.

Good quality for good price. Localization is great, near dozens of restaurants and pubs, and the standard room is very comfortable. The room is not noisy, even with the view on the street. Taking under consideration the price, the parking should be for free. Tasty brake fast with wide selection and friendly staff (we met a polish lade who works there for more then 20 years and it was so sweet she came to say hello in polish). Generally would recommend if you looking for good hotel in Hamburg.

Me ha encantado, cerca de metro y supermercado. Habitación bien, cama muy cómoda. Bastante limpio y personal muy amable. Desayuno un poco pobre, café de máquina malo, fruta poco variada y para tostar pan pequeño. Aunque sí que me volvería alojar.

Super lugar.Una habitacion completa inclusive con pava electrica para hacerte cafe especial tambien.Te dejan agua y saquitos te y cafe por si no tenes el servicio desayunador.Una cama comodisima.El personal amable.Me encanto!!Ademas tenes cerca las lineas de tren.Un lugar con bares cerca,super mercados.Lo recomiendo.

Habitación muy amplia y recién renovada. Muy luminosa. Me gustó especialmente el baño con acabado de hormigón en las paredes. Totalmente equipada. Parking en el hotel. Muy cerca del metro para ir al centro. También hay un supermercado cercano por si necesitas comprar algo.

Nos encontramos con dos recepcionistas encantadoras que nos indicaron como ver la ciudad y utilizar el metro, muy simpáticas. El hotel se encuentra en una zona muy tranquila y muy cómodo.
