Öncelikle karşılama , ilgi çok güzel. Otelin temizliği çok güzel odalar gerçekten çok temiz. Kahvaltısı tek kelimeyle muhteşem ve çok çeşitli. Gerçekten çok memnun kaldım vekalacak yer arayan herkese tavsiye ediyorum
Uma máquina está trabalhando no hotel ao amanhecer, como se fosse a máquina de perfuração do túnel da aula. Viemos com minha esposa semana passada, não conseguíamos dormir. Seja qual for o ruído, ele produz uma vibração e a cama treme.
Estou dando uma estrela para o pessoal. O hotel é completamente medíocre. Fomos a Istambul com minha esposa. Fomos descansar com tanto cansaço, mas lamentamos mil. Pista da sala. Não conseguíamos dormir por causa do cheiro de cigarro. Especialmente o que era aquela colcha assim: eles colocaram um único edredom na cama de casal. Estendemos mantas até de manhã. Tudo no banheiro está quebrado. Tínhamos medo de tê-lo se o pegássemos. É uma merda!
Una máquina funciona en el hotel por la mañana, como si fuera la tuneladora de la lección. Vinimos con mi esposa la semana pasada, no pudimos dormir. Sea cual sea el ruido, hace una vibración y la cama tiembla.
Muy bueno, muy lindo lugar, lo recomiendo a todos, ambiente familiar, desayuno, estacionamiento techado, ubicación céntrica
Primero de todo la bienvenida, la atención es muy agradable. La limpieza del hotel es muy agradable y las habitaciones están muy limpias. El desayuno es simplemente increíble y diverso. Realmente lo disfruté y se lo recomiendo a cualquiera que busque un lugar para quedarse.
Le doy una estrella al personal. El hotel es completamente mediocre. Fuimos a Estambul con mi esposa. Nos fuimos a descansar para que estuviéramos cansados, pero lamentamos mil. Pasarela de habitación. No pudimos dormir en absoluto por el olor a cigarrillos. Especialmente qué era esa colcha así: pusieron un edredón en esa cama doble. Adoquinamos edredones hasta la mañana. Todo en el baño está roto. Teníamos miedo de tenerlo si lo tomábamos. ¡Fue terrible!

Os funcionários estão muito interessados e voltados para a satisfação, mesmo que haja uma deficiência, eles conseguem atendê-los imediatamente. Acho que é um hotel confiável com o seu centro perto de todos os lugares e em um bairro difícil de Istambul. Também é uma delícia ter serviços de chá em seus lobbies privados ... mesmo que não seja como em casa, as pessoas sentem isso por causa de sua sinceridade :)) Ficará satisfeito e será acomodado com segurança Temos um lugar aqui :))
Eu, pessoalmente, avalio 5 * em comparação com o iv'e de outro hotel hospedado em Istambul, é limpo e amigável café da manhã incluído e café e chá como elogios murad na mesa é o cara para ver. E também a limpeza é diferente todos os dias alguns se você ficar 3 noites, eles só vêm aqui uma vez, enquanto você ficar.
Los empleados están muy interesados y orientados a la satisfacción, incluso si hay una deficiencia, pueden proporcionarlos de inmediato. Creo que es un hotel confiable con su centro cerca de todas partes y en un vecindario difícil de confiar en Estambul. También es un manjar tener servicios de té en sus vestíbulos privados. Tenemos un lugar aquí :))
Personalmente lo califico 5 * en comparación con otros hoteles que nos alojamos en Estambul, está incluido el desayuno limpio y agradable y todo el café y té como cumplidos murad en el escritorio es el tipo para ver. Y también el mantenimiento de la casa es diferente todos los días algunos, si te quedas 3 noches, solo vienen una vez aquí mientras te quedes.
I personally rate it 5* as compared to other hotel's iv'e stayed in Istanbul it's clean and friendly breakfast included and all round coffee and tea as compliments murad on the desk is they guy to see .And also the house keeping is every day unlike some if you stay 3 nights they only come once over here as long as you stay.

Poor service, the building smells of mildew, but a good location and decent price in Kadiköy.
Hotel was awful, never seen that kind of badly service before and plus prices were very high
Pros: The hotel itself was nice comparing to our type of short stay, we were booked in Room 407 on fourth floor, the hotel is really close to almost every center including local cafes/restaurants,Metrobus station, Sea resorts and a great mall with cinemas is a 10 minute walk away from the hotel, breakfast was on time with good quality, reception can get you a cab 24/7 and are good at knowing the routes you need to take to your desired location, now moving on to the subject of communication, we were lucky that one of the receptionists talked our own language (Farsi) and two others could speak some understandable English which i was grateful for but i still insist on learning English to full extend since tourism is an important factor in Turkey and not to mention it's an international hotel and many people in turkey who run tourism based businesses still don't speak a word of English Cons: -the walls to the corner of our rooms were decaying and were in need of repairs -the room's lighting in night is so weak and dim that you can't do any basic actions which require normal light -bed lights that were attached to our beds by the bedside tables were both broken and made horrible noise -closet's door was broken -there was no safe in the room despite the fact that there was a notice board at the reception which said every room contains a safe -the shower head was also broken -bathroom door was always colliding with the toilet sink while opening or closing it -the soaps provided for cleaning your hands didn't have much effect -the toilet sink didn't have any cold water! -the cleaning staff made some very bad mistakes,1- while they were cleaning they took the used slippers but forgot to put new ones in the room 2- they took my dad's towel mistaking it for the hotel's (since it was also white) but was on our open luggage, without checking to see if it's hotel's towel! 3- and when we told reception about it they said they will check into it but we never got it back 4-the cleaning staff barged into our room two times without knocking or saying anything which was really disturbing i really hope they look into and fix these problems since i might be needing to go on another business stay in that region.
The location is notbad,quite close to theKadikoy boat station butit is overcrowded place and the buildings are one handdistance from each other.The hotel itself is located in old building. The reception is good and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The roomsare not bad, the top part of the room was renovated and modern but theflooring was broken. There was some broken stuff in the bathroom. The room was smelling on cigarretes all night and it wasvery unpleasant. The breakfast was excellent! Big variety ofvegetables, cheeses and many more. I loved it.
Good experience in Grand AS hotel. The room is clean and brightly. The staffs are nice and kindly.
