Situato a soli 5 minuti dall'aeroporto e nel nuovo quartiere degli affari di Istanbul, è questo magnifico hotel. L'hotel dispone di 140 camere suddivise in diverse categorie. Tutte le camere sono dotate di una zona di lavoro e sono spaziose e luminose. Durante l'esecuzione di riunioni di lavoro o eventi, l'hotel offre sette perfettamente adatto tra le quali è possibile scegliere camere. Per quanto riguarda il cibo può gustare la cucina turca nel nostro ristorante e bar. Se ulteriori quierehacer qualche giro turistico, le principali attrazioni turistiche si trovano a 20 minuti.

My uncle and I stay here for a week during our trip in January 2019. The receptionist guy is really helpful. Their breakfast options are great. The reason I deduct two stars is that they didn't do a great cleaning or check the room. I came to the room and the light's adapter on the desk was broken.

Large and nice room, very spacious. Comfortable bed. Hotel also provides shuttle service from Istanbul Airport. A La Carte dinner menu in restaurant. If you are there don't miss Rokoko cake :-)

Been really disappointed with this hotel after reading all the reviews before we chose to stay here. I’m a regular visitor to Istanbul and have stay at so many amazing hotels here. Out of all my stays the Divan Suites is the only stay I have not enjoyed. We arrived late on the night and was not welcomed by any bellboy or anyone to park the car. When we was checking in we was told the room cost was higher than what we had booked it at luckily we had email confirmation confirming our price. After check in nobody helped us to room with our bags or showed us where it was. On arrival to room at first site it looked fine as we was both tired we went to sleep. Next morning was when we noticed the room was dirty including the bathroom. Also on booking it said we had city view. This was not correct. The windows are so dirty you can’t see out and our view was another building being built. We rang down to reception and asked for manager to come see us as we had complaints regards the room. Manager never came instead housekeeping manager came. We showed him all problems he was very nice and said give my 5 minutes and I will back. We waited 30 minutes nobody came. So we called down to reception again.This went on for another 2 hours of having to keep calling reception to find out what was going. Eventually we got a room change not even upgrade was offered because of the inconvenience. The new room had been cleaned and looked nice. We was sent a fruit platter with no charge.Still the view was not like in pictures advertising city view it was Divan apartments so nothing to look out at. Through out our week stay here you keep getting bad smell coming out of bathroom. When the rooms are cleaned the glasses and cups you use get removed but they don’t place with clean ones. Coffee and Tea has not been filled up once while we have been here. Also we was only left one complementary bottle water since we have been here even though there are two of us in the room. Breakfast has been ok although it’s never been very hot. The hotel don’t have coffee machines and breakfast staff walk round topping up your drinks. Although the tea and coffee is not hot either. The breakfast staff are the best department in the hotel and look after you well and greet you with a smile. We also found the hotel can be very loud at night time with guests returning to rooms shouting,laughing and banging doors. I never thought I would ever leave a bad hotel review for a stay in Istanbul as I’ve had so many wonderful pass experiences but unfortunately Divan Suites made our stay a unpleasant one leaving us not wanting to return !!!

It's a 5 star hotel, very neat and clean. Its rooms are very spacious and it's staff is very helpful. It's about at a distance of 3 km from Ataturk international airport. The only one disturbing thing here is the noise of aeroplanes because of closeness to the airport.

worst service ever. The receptionist doesn't answer the phone when you call from the room and the staff barely looks at you even when you're smiling towards them. Would never recommend this hotel to anyone, ever. I have never felt such disrespect in any other hotels in my life. This hotel doesn't deserve any stars at all to be honest. 0/10
