Difícil acesso... porém o hotel bem aconchegante..único ponto negativo nao possui elevador
Excelente atentimento da gerente Fátima.Acomodações simples, mas que atendem perfeitamente as necessidades dos viajantes. Ótima limpeza.
O hotel fica em uma rua feia, em cima de uma ladeira. Não tem elevador, a TV ñ funcionava e a Internet era intermitente. O que salvava é que os quartos eram limpos e reformados e o staff era extremamente gentil e solícito.
We are two young women who have stayed in this accommodation. The accommodation is in a creepy area opposite a homeless shelter or soup kitchen. And the area the appartment is, is gennerally a really scary one especially in the evenings. The whole time we felt really unwell. There were 3 other apartments in the accommodation, but none of them were occupied, but creepy noises could be heard all night although nobody was there. Last night there was noise in the hallway at night and at our door.....!!!! In addition, there was no staff and we never saw the owner. The door code of the apartment came via WhatsApp very late, so we initially had the feeling that the accommodation didn't even exist. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO BOOK THIS APARTMENT! Don't let the good reviews fool you! This ruined our holiday!!!
Limpieza genial Pedro muy atento a todo la ubicacion excelente y se puede estar con perros perfectamente hemos estado muy agusto un poco molesta la gente de la calle Y me ha faltado el que haya un champu Las limpiadores super amables
Ubicación perfecta, acogedor y muy equipado, cuenta con cocina y con baño privado.

Em frente uma Igreja em uma rua tranquila. Próximo de estação de metro e rua de comercios alem de restaurantes e bares. Quarto bons.
I was told before arrival that I would receive instructions on how to enter the hotel as the reception is closed due to the pandemic. Despite contacting the hotel via email, booking.com and phone, I was not able to enter the hotel when I arrived. I waited for 1 hour and then saw me forced to find another hotel (at 8pm in the evening..). The service was absolutely terrible and I would never book this hotel again.
Ubicación increíble. Cerca de todo lo que se tiene que visitar.El apartamento muy completo. Las vistas desde la terraza increíbles. El colchón y la almohada súper cómoda
Nice place to stay for a couple of nights while exploring Porto as the location is central. Bed is comfortable and good to rest. The toilet may be a bit tight. Kitchenette for breakfast is OK, yet you need to have your own food and despite the lovely coffee machine there are no coffee capsules.
Good location. No wine glasses in the room in Porto! Wifi was not working the night we stayed which was not good. Overall good for the price we paid.
Melhor apartamento suíte no Porto, está perto de tudo no centro.. D. Fátima excelente comunicação com os hóspedes.. 20 estrelas

Muito bem localizado!!! Gostei do quarto e de ver tudo limpinho. A noite ao redor parece um local perigoso. Uma coisa que não gostei foi o ar condicionado pq não funcionou como eu gostaria. Tirando isso, voltaria com certeza no local pois tem funcionários nota 10. Obs. Não está tendo pequeno almoço devido ao covid 19.
Fabulosas vistas panorámicas desde la suite. Todo súper limpio y guardando las medidas de higiene. Te dejan el desayuno en la habitación para evitar contacto. Trato cercano y super correcto.
I couldn't get into my room. There is no elevator and took my bag and suitcase up to the 3rd floor. Was a battery problem with the door/doorcode.It was good that when I contacted them via tect I got a call and could move to a similar room on the 2nd floor.This room was not so great, light for tge toilet didn't really work ar first, it's a bit loose from the wall. Rail to put the towels over was loose and seems it could fall of at any moment. Shower, on the roof, seems like water marks and is also pretty damaged. Toilet seat was a bit loose, could do with some new bolts.Fancy coffee machine and a small kettle... but only tea no coffee, feels a bit misleading And apparently coffee cubs were there/possible on the 17th of January looking at a different review via tripadvisor.Dirty soup bowl, also was only ine whole the set up is for two people. Sponse was used, that could happen but the cloth was already wet and dirty so really not clean while the promote themselves on it. With Covid/Corona going around this did not feel good.Shower had warm water and could easily wash and do my hear.Bed was nice and so were the pillows.I feel like every building in Porto has this but it really is not soundproof. Could follow conversation from people in the other room and till about 22 a lot of noice from people outside while it did not seem like a busy street.
Lovely hotel. Very clean. Kind welcoming and attentive stuff. A big THANK YOU to Fatima. She is an amazingly kind and thoughtful lady. She is always there for the you. Highly recommend this hotel.
Nos alojamos en la habitación Nasori Studio. El aparta-hotel está muy bien ubicado y cerca de los principales puntos de interés de la ciudad. La habitación decorada con gusto y muy limpia. Todo el personal que nos ha atendido ha sido muy amable, en especial Fátima que nos atendió y aconsejo en todo..sitios para visitar,restaurantes,transporte,etc...
i'm not sure how to say this efficiently and elegantly, as i am usually not one for writing reviews about hotels. in fact, i don't think i ever have written one in my life. that being said, i felt absolutely compelled and almost overwhelmed to write about this hotel and the amazing service i have been provided. this hotel is absolutely amazing.the receptionist, i think, really helped provide a once in a life time experience for me. even if the hotel room had been dingy (which it is most definitely not)-- even if the hotel in of itself had been poor or boring or bland--(which, again, it is definitely not,) i would have given this hotel a more than complimentary heft of stars simply because of the animosity and the impeccable service that is the reception.i had previously read about the reception in other reviews about this hotel in passing in preparation for my trip to Porto, but i had genuinely not expected-- nor had i remembered-- just what the other reviews had implied and specified of what to expect from my hotel stay. to say that i am overjoyed is almost an understatement. as i've stated before, i do not have the elegance to explain to you just how much i found the reception well.i think it would do them justice to tell you just how much i enjoyed their service, regardless of my inexpertise. the receptionist was extremely friendly, going as far as to help us with our bags up the stairs when we had found the unfortunate task of climbing up said stairs daunting. she was considerate, and kind, answering each and every question we had we with the animosity of someone who was speaking to a friend. the unfortunate lack of elevators was more than fixed by the fact that she had offered to bring up our bags for us all by herself-- which, of course, we didn't let her do because that would've been way too heavy for her, but bless her soul nonetheless.upon entering the suite, we were given a lovely small tour of our room which consisted of two floors-- with one bed that i, as an american, can only deduce that is the size of a full/queen on each of the floors. the stairs to get up to the second half of the hotel room are small, and if you are taller than five feet it would be advisable to keep your head down low to not hit the ceiling as you go down, but the second floor is amazing. there, a second full/queen bed is at your disposal. the kitchenette is stocked full of breakfast items such as yogurt and milk and orange juice, and each day there is a basket of breakfast items personally delivered to the front of your door for you to eat breakfast with.i will absolutely be using this hotel again. i don't think i'll ever find this type of service anywhere else!tl;dr: amazing service!!
Great place to stay!! The neighborhood was a little weird, with many homeless people around, but nonetheless the stay was superb! Fatima takes great care of her guests and makes you feel very comfortable. The apartment was clean and cozy, but, most importantly, VERY QUIET. The breakfast is nice. We really enjoyed our stay.
Great place, Great view helpful and accommodating staff only a little lound in the evening but if you don't have to wake up to early not a problem.
Un lugar genial para quedarse unos días en oporto. Muy buena ubicación, en unos apartamentos pequeños pero reformados hace poco. Tienen todo lo necesario para pasar unos días en la ciudad con total comodidad. Además el personal es muy amable y atento con cualquier necesidad de los huéspedes.
Personal muy atento y amable, ideal para visitar a pie los lugares más emblemáticos. las habitaciones nuevas y muy limpias, el baño por ponerle una pega un poco pequeño. El desayuno si lo coges incluído es en una cafetería a 3 min a pie.
