Este lugar é luxuoso. O cara da recepção foi muito útil e acolhedor. Nos mostrou ao redor e deu um pequeno tour da sala e como usar a banheira de hidromassagem. O apartamento era incrível, ótima área de estar e cozinha abastecida com bebidas. O banheiro era agradável com o chuveiro e as camas eram muito confortáveis. A decoração era muito bonita, mas às vezes parecia um pouco escuro, mas eu não me importei. Adorei minha estadia aqui e estará de volta.

Absolutamente fantástico! Nós estávamos procurando um lugar realmente especial para um fim de semana com amigos e The Bells certamente não decepciona. O hotel reservado o Big Ben cobertura apartamento com banheira de hidromassagem e vista panorâmica do centro da cidade de Leeds. Os pequenos toques de luxo eram evidentes onde quer que você olhasse e, embora seja muito central, a vibe está completamente relaxada e quietaAltamente recomendado e mal podemos esperar para voltar.

Na chegada, fomos recebidos por uma equipe simpática que não poderia fazer o suficiente por nós. A área de recepção principal era linda e tinha um cheiro incrível. Uma vez que nos registramos, fomos levados para nosso apartamento durante a noite que era o Big Ben e mostrado ao redor. Tudo o que posso dizer é que as fotos no site não fazem justiça a este apartamento e o terraço privado é de morrer e parece particularmente deslumbrante à noite com todas as luzes de fundo da cidade. A nuestra llegada, nos recibió un personal amable que no pudo hacer más por nosotros. La zona de recepción principal era preciosa y olía increíble. Una vez que nos registramos, nos llevaron a nuestro apartamento por la noche, que era el Big Ben, y nos mostraron los alrededores. Upon arrival we were met by friendly staff that couldn’t do enough for us. The main reception area was beautiful and smelt incredible. Once checked in we were taken to our apartment for the evening which was Big Ben and shown around. All I can say is the pictures on the website don’t do this apartment justice and the private terrace is to die for and looks particularly breath taking at night with all the lights with the backdrop of the city. Visiting the bells is an absolute must and we will definitely be back thank you so much Nat, Sandra, Kim & Vicky Sent from my iPhone

Acabei de fazer o check-in. Meu quarto fica no andar térreo e posso ouvir as conversas da cama acontecendo na recepção. O WiFi é lento e irregular - tornando muito difícil assistir qualquer coisa na TV ... não é um bom começo ... Quanto à resposta a este feedback - acho que é muito fraco e bastante passivo-agressivo. Descartando minhas preocupações como sendo meus próprios problemas. Como mostra a captura de tela - o wi-fi está abaixo do padrão. Existem situações de wi-fi muito mais robustas que permitiriam grandes negócios, hotéis e muito mais obter velocidades mais altas. O site NÃO destaca que você pode ouvir o porteiro falando alto na cama. Se esta fosse realmente uma experiência premium, eles pediriam desculpas, responderiam às preocupações e possivelmente me reembolsariam algum dinheiro pelo inconveniente - então, eu não editaria minha avaliação novamente como estou fazendo.

Acabo de registrarme. Mi habitación está en la planta baja y puedo escuchar conversaciones desde la cama en la recepción. El WiFi es lento e irregular, lo que hace que sea muy difícil ver algo en la televisión ... no es un buen comienzo ... En cuanto a la respuesta a estos comentarios, creo que es muy débil y bastante pasivo-agresivo. Descartando mis preocupaciones como si fueran mis propios problemas. Como muestra la captura de pantalla, el wifi no es estándar. Hay situaciones de wifi mucho más robustas que permitirían a las grandes empresas, hoteles y más obtener velocidades más altas. El sitio web NO destaca que puede escuchar al portero hablando en la cama en voz alta. Si esta fuera realmente una experiencia premium, se disculparían, abordarían mis inquietudes y posiblemente me reembolsarían algo de dinero por las molestias ocasionadas; entonces no volvería a editar mi reseña como lo estoy haciendo.

Just checked in. My room is ground floor, and can hear conversations from the bed happening at the front desk. The WiFi is slow and spotty - making it very hard to watch anything on TV... not a good start... As for the reply to this feedback - I think it's very feeble and quite passive aggressive. Dismissing my concerns as my own issues. As the screengrab shows - the wifi is sub-standard. There are much more robust wifi situations that would allow huge business' , hotels and more to get higher speeds. The website does NOT highlight that you can hear the doorman speaking in bed loudly. If this truly was a premium experience they would apologise, address concerns and possibly refund me some money for the inconvenience - then I would not edit my review again as I am doing.

Uau! Joia escondida! As palavras não podem explicar o quão fabuloso este lugar realmente é. Nós ficamos no dia 17 de outubro e ficamos em liberdade e é definitivamente o melhor lugar em que eu fiquei de longe !! Os funcionários são muito educados. Era muito limpo! Decoração fabulosa. ¡Guauu! ¡Gema oculta! 💎 Las palabras no pueden explicar lo fabuloso que es este lugar. Nos alojamos el 17 de octubre y nos quedamos en libertad y sin duda es el mejor lugar en el que me he alojado. El personal es muy educado. ¡Estaba muy limpio! Decoración fabulosa. El jacuzzi privado era fabuloso, es caro pero definitivamente vale la pena cada centavo. ¡Definitivamente regresaré! Wow! Hidden gem! 💎 words can not explain just how fabulous this place really is. We stayed on October 17th and we stayed in liberty and it is most definitely the best place I've stayed in by far!! The staff are really polite. It was very clean! Fabulous decor. Private jacuzzi was fabulous it is expensive but definitely worth every penny! I will definitely be back! Thanks for having us. :)

Vinimos para el año nuevo con amigos y quedamos encantados con todo. Mucho espacio, decorado con buen gusto y un entorno perfecto. El personal fue atento y servicial. los Las camas eran muy cómodas y había muchos toques finales que hicieron que nuestra estancia fuera aún mejor. Definitivamente vale la pena una visita si quieres un poco de lujo. Definitivamente regresaría.

This is a hidden gem of Leeds! Absolutely faultless and probably the nicest serviced apartment I’ve ever stayed in! The attention to detail, hygiene, personal touches, Technology and location are hard to beat! The welcome from reception and tour gave us all the information we needed to have a perfect stay! We came for the new year with friends and were delighted with everything. Lots of space, tastefully decorated and surroundings perfect. The staff were attentive and helpful. The beds were very comfortable and there was lots of finishing touches which made our stay even better. Definitely worth a visit if you want a bit of luxury. Would definitely return.

Reservamos el ático de Big Ben con una bañera de hidromasaje y vistas panorámicas del centro de Leeds. This place is luxury. The guy at the reception was really helpful and welcoming. Showed us around and gave a little tour of the room and how to use the hot tub. The apartment was amazing, great living area and kitchen, stocked with drinks. The bathroom was nice with the walk in shower and the beds were really comfy. The decor was very nice but sometimes it felt a little dark but I didn't mind. Loved my stay here and will be back again.

Absolutely fantastic! We were looking for somewhere really special for a weekend with friends and The Bells certainly doesn't disappoint. We booked the Big Ben penthouse flat with a hot tub and panoramic views of Leeds city centre. The little touches of luxury were evident wherever you look and although it's very central, the vibe is dead relaxed and quietHighly recommended and we can't wait to go again.
