Friendly reception! We arrived very early in the morning… we could join breakfast at the day of arrival without extra charge and our room was already available at 10am. Very good service without additional charge, rarely to see nowadays. Nice room with all required luxury… pretty close to the city centre! The breakfast ends at 10am, which is a bit early if you want to sleep a little longer. Recepção amigável! Chegámos muito cedo… podíamos tomar o pequeno-almoço no dia da chegada sem custos adicionais e o nosso quarto já estava disponível às 10h00. Llegamos muy temprano en la mañana… pudimos incorporar el desayuno el día de llegada sin cargo extra y nuestra habitación ya estaba disponible a las 10am. Muy buen servicio sin cargo adicional, pocas veces visto en la actualidad. Bonita habitación con todo el lujo requerido... ¡muy cerca del centro de la ciudad! El desayuno termina a las 10 am, que es un poco temprano si quieres dormir un poco más.

Reasonably priced hotel which is fairly close to the centre of Manchester. Very good for gigs and shows at the AO arena. The breakfast is included which is great even if it has a fairly limited selection of food. Rooms are clean and modern. I would prefer if they had a more private business area for those doing work in the hotel as it's right next to the lifts and reception with no walls so there's a lot of sound which can be distracting. Hotel com preços razoáveis que fica bastante perto do centro de Manchester. Muito bom para shows e shows na arena AO. O café da manhã está incluído, o que é ótimo, mesmo que tenha uma seleção bastante limitada de alimentos. Os quartos são limpos e modernos. Eu preferiria que eles tivessem uma área de negócios mais privada para aqueles que trabalham no hotel, pois fica ao lado dos elevadores e da recepção sem paredes, então há muito som que pode ser uma distração.

Having the Hilton name provides a sense of security in knowing you'll receive a certain standard of quality. Set in an up and coming area in Manchester, it is easily located and quite central. The staff were all very helpful and friendly aside from a man we spoke to on the phone to book another room for our friend. The rooms are decently sized and the bathrooms are modern and spacious. Breakfast buffet was included with our booking and there was a good amount of options to choose from. There is private undercover parking for those with cars, the £20 fee seems steep but saves the hassle of searching for parking. Ter o nome Hilton proporciona uma sensação de segurança ao saber que você receberá um certo padrão de qualidade. Situado em uma área em ascensão em Manchester, é facilmente localizado e bastante central. Os funcionários foram todos muito simpáticos e prestáveis para além de um homem com quem falámos ao telefone para reservar outro quarto para o nosso amigo. A very pleasant hotel,all the usual amenities.The shower controls took some working out but once I'd managed that,the spacious cubicle was OK.I slept very well,I didn't hear any noise which was a blessing.I will certainly stay here again,the reception staff were really helpful and friendly,we came in late and in need of feeding,the toasted pannini was served promptly,it was well received by me. The breakfast was tasty andfreshly cooked with a choice for those who prefer non cooked fare. One thing,there was a cable clearly visible under the bathroom sink with an led light on it . I didn't investigate it too closely as water and electricity don't mix but I was very wary of its presence hence the loss of a star in the rating.However,I was impressed with my stay and look forward to a return. Um hotel muito agradável, todas as comodidades habituais. Os controles do chuveiro levaram algum trabalho, mas uma vez que consegui isso, o espaçoso cubículo estava OK. Dormi muito bem, não ouvi nenhum barulho, o que foi uma benção. Eu certamente ficarei aqui novamente, a equipe da recepção foi muito simpática e prestativa, chegamos tarde e precisando de alimentação, o pannini torrado foi servido prontamente, foi bem recebido por mim. O café da manhã era saboroso e preparado na hora com uma escolha para aqueles que preferem pratos não cozinhados. Uma coisa, havia um cabo claramente visível sob a pia do banheiro com uma luz de led. Eu não investiguei muito de perto, pois água e eletricidade não se misturam, mas eu estava muito cauteloso com sua presença, daí a perda de uma estrela na classificação. No entanto, fiquei impressionado com a minha estadia e aguardo um retorno.

Un hotel muy agradable, todas las comodidades habituales. Los controles de la ducha tomaron un poco de trabajo, pero una vez que lo logré, el espacioso cubículo estaba bien. Dormí muy bien, no escuché ningún ruido, lo cual fue una bendición. Sin duda me quedaré aquí de nuevo, el personal de recepción fue muy servicial y amable, llegamos tarde y necesitábamos alimentarnos, el pannini tostado se sirvió rápidamente, fue bien recibido por mí. El desayuno era sabroso y recién cocinado con una opción para aquellos que prefieren comida no cocinada. Una cosa, había un cable claramente visible debajo del lavabo del baño con una luz LED encendida. No lo investigué demasiado de cerca ya que el agua y la electricidad no se mezclan, pero desconfiaba mucho de su presencia, por lo tanto, la pérdida de una estrella en la calificación. Hotel a un precio razonable que está bastante cerca del centro de Manchester. Muy bueno para conciertos y espectáculos en el estadio AO. El desayuno está incluido, lo cual es excelente incluso si tiene una selección bastante limitada de alimentos. Las habitaciones son limpias y modernas. Room is nice. Air conditioner doesn’t work and no window to open. I had to ring reception at 5am to let them know it was too warm, they told me it’s the law they can’t have windows that open. I have turned the air con down lower several times but the room is still 24. Room itself is nice. La habitación es agradable. El aire acondicionado no funciona y no hay ventana para abrir. Tuve que llamar a la recepción a las 5 a.m. para avisarles que hacía demasiado calor, me dijeron que es la ley que no pueden tener ventanas abiertas. He bajado el aire acondicionado varias veces, pero la habitación sigue siendo 24. La habitación en sí es bonita.

I were 7 nights in this beautiful hotel. The rooms are big and clean, but very comfotable. The bathroom is pretty and totally enough. There is a big selection by the breakfast buffet. All the hotel employee's are friendly and helpful. A very good, clean and beautiful hotel. Fiquei 7 noites neste lindo hotel. Os quartos são grandes e limpos, mas muito confortáveis. O banheiro é bonito e totalmente suficiente. Há uma grande variedade no buffet de café-da-manhã. Todos os funcionários do hotel são simpáticos e prestativos. Um hotel muito bom, limpo e bonito.

Had to get a fan from reception as if not would not be able to sleep! Also Breakfast was a good selection but cheap bacon,sausage. Not up yo the HILTON standards I am used too! Needs addressing asap, Las habitaciones estaban impecables y el personal era muy amable y no podía hacer más para ayudar. Pero como no tenían equipaje debido al aeropuerto de Manchester, no tenían kits de salud bucal, y el aire acondicionado solo llegaba a 19'c, lo que hacía demasiado calor y las ventanas no se abrían. ¡Tuve que conseguir un ventilador en la recepción porque si no no podría dormir! También el desayuno era una buena selección pero tocino barato, salchichas. ¡No estoy a la altura de los estándares de HILTON, también estoy acostumbrado! Necesita abordarse lo antes posible,

Mas como não tinham bagagem devido ao aeroporto de Manchester, eles não tinham kits de saúde bucal, e o ar condicionado só ia tão baixo quanto 19'c, o que era muito quente e as janelas não abrem! Tive que pegar um ventilador na recepção como se não fosse conseguir dormir! Também foi uma boa seleção, mas barato bacon,salsicha. Não até os padrões HILTON estou acostumado também! Precisa de atendimento o mais rápido possível,
