O hotel está localizado na área central, a apenas 2 minutos da praça Taksim. A equipe é muito gentil e o serviço de café da manhã é muito bom. O quarto é perfeitamente bom. Um pouco escuro para o meu gosto. Há também uma piscina, sauna e spa do hotel, enfim, ótimas férias.

Café da manhã nada gostoso Os cartões dos quartos param de funcionar, nós os trocamos e depois mudamos completamente o quarto As coisas simples (produtos de higiene pessoal e para beber) não estavam na sala por dois dias até que as discutimos e elas foram enviadas para nós depois de dois dias Pedimos um quarto para três pessoas, eram duas camas e um sofá que abria, tornando a cama desconfortável e nada Hotel é demais para ele uma estrela e não cinco estrelas

Staff not very welcoming. When u call them for a service or a help they pretend that they are busy and hung up. Very dimly lighted, small elevators, rooms are very unorganised and small spaces to walk around. Only fixed showers heads. I was there mid November and the weather was nice and springy so tried to adjust the air-conditioning to cold as it gotten hot for me however I wasn't able to and when I called the reception they told me it was winter and the air-conditioning system was set to heat only!Not a great experience in this hotel and it's definitely not a 4 star hotel! Funcionários não muito receptivos. Quando você liga para um serviço ou ajuda, eles fingem que estão ocupados e desligam. Muito mal iluminado, pequenos elevadores, os quartos são muito desorganizados e pequenos espaços para passear. Apenas chuveiros fixos. Eu estava lá em meados de novembro e o tempo estava bom e primaveral, então tentei ajustar o ar-condicionado para frio, pois ficou quente para mim, mas não consegui e, quando liguei para a recepção, eles me disseram que era inverno e o ar -sistema de condicionamento foi ajustado para aquecer apenas!Não é uma ótima experiência neste hotel e definitivamente não é um hotel 4 estrelas!

El personal no es muy acogedor. Cuando los llamas para un servicio o ayuda, fingen que están ocupados y cuelgan. Muy poco iluminados, pequeños ascensores, las habitaciones están muy desorganizadas y hay pequeños espacios para caminar. Solo cabezales de ducha fijos. Estuve allí a mediados de noviembre y el clima era agradable y primaveral, así que traté de ajustar el aire acondicionado a frío, ya que hacía calor para mí, sin embargo, no pude y cuando llamé a la recepción me dijeron que era invierno y el aire -¡El sistema de acondicionamiento se configuró solo para calentar!¡No fue una gran experiencia en este hotel y definitivamente no es un hotel de 4 estrellas!

Loved everything about this hotel. Stayed for 5 nights with two of my cousins and we took a room with 3 beds. The room was spacious and comfortable.First of all location was perfect. Just a few minutes away from all the famous locations. The staff were super nice and helpful. They helped us arrange a trip to Bursa and they also always helped us find a taxi. They always treated us with respect and we’re all nice. The rooms were clean and comfortable. It was a nice stay and I would definitely come back here. Adorei tudo sobre este hotel. Ficamos por 5 noites com dois dos meus primos e pegamos um quarto com 3 camas. A sala era espaçosa e confortável.Em primeiro lugar, a localização era perfeita. A poucos minutos de todos os locais famosos. Os funcionários foram super simpáticos e prestativos. Eles nos ajudaram a organizar uma viagem para Bursa e também sempre nos ajudaram a encontrar um táxi. Eles sempre nos trataram com respeito e todos nós somos legais. Me alojé por 5 noches con dos de mis primos y tomamos una habitación con 3 camas. La habitación era espaciosa y confortable.En primer lugar, la ubicación era perfecta. A pocos minutos de todos los lugares famosos. El personal fue muy agradable y servicial. Nos ayudaron a organizar un viaje a Bursa y también siempre nos ayudaron a encontrar un taxi. Worst hotel ever, bad rooms, service,not clean, no privacy: you can hear next room very clear, very very bad breakfast they don't know even how to make coffee, In Turkey one offamous things is the breakfast and this hotel destroyed this badly

Unfortunately, our trip was completely ruined because of this hotel and its conditions
1. The rooms are very small and the cleaning is extremely poor.
2. The reception part seems like they don't have much patience and don't care much about your requests.
3. Due to repeated requests to change the room and many requests, they did not care about anything and it did not matter to them.
4. The breakfasts were repetitive and the quality was not interesting.
5. In general, your trip is really affected by this hotel and the travelers who were there had the same opinion.
6. Because I didn't have cash and I said that I will pay you tomorrow, however, when I went back and forth, I saw that the entire contents of the refrigerator had been emptied because they were not even willing to trust my words, and this was an insult to me.
7. I hope that this hotel, which is not even a 2-star hotel, advertises wisely so that people don't get annoyed and confused because of people who don't really know how to run a hotel.

Worst place (not even hotel) to stay 1 minute in any room.
The entire place services is disaster
I tried to check out from 2nd night but they said will deduct 500 EUR then They asked my agent to keep me in with promises to fix all problems but unfortunately nothing and became more bad.
Rooms Walk way have bad smell
AC work only in the lobby area ,
rooms temperature higher than street.
me and my family wake-up sick because of AC warm air from the AC
Also smell of the room sometimes became like street sewer.
Housekeeping also dont clean well at all
Some marks in bath room stayed a week
They dont change the bed lenin unless you ask several times
Manager Mr Junaid tried as much as he can to help but the hotel itself not assisted
sanitary in bath also old with dirts.
Not recommended at all for all.
Today i checked out and shift to another clean hotel with working AC not like Ellit World Prestige decorative AC on the wall not more.
Finally i have to say Mr Volkan & Mr Firat are really good people i wish them better place than Ellit World Prestige.
This is my advice to all people please guys take it carefully.

REALLY RECOMMENDED!I spent 4 days at Hotel Elite World Prestige and the service was really good. I had a issue with my room and the receptionist immediately gave the possibility to switch with another room.I had also room service dinner and it was delicious and on time. The position of the hotel allow guests to move around the nice area of Taksim. Most of the personnel speak English so was easier to communicate. Visit Istanbul !

El hotel está en elCentro, mala calidad, las personas de la recepción son mala educadas, no use el minibar y querían cobrarme cosas de allí , igual a la entrada que a la salida, los techos húmedos llenos de moho, los baños el lavamanos asqueroso lleno de mugre negra, no ok recomendaría este hotel jamás, la reservación al entrar estaba hecha y decían que no! A pesar de tener el número no regresaré allí ……. Malísima atención
