Wow, what an experience!! From parking in the basement, to checking in at reception, Friendly, helpfull Staff, to the beautiful laid out room to the lovely restaurant. Safety first....C19 Protocols adhered to, masked and sanitized, from the first steps onto your premises to leaving, Thank you very much for a Wonderful and Memorable experience. Top Notch

The rooms are stunning, with an ungodly amount of mirrors, l counted 7. fast internet, up to 40mbps for me. The staff is really nice and welcoming. It would be fun if room service had a little more spectacle, other than that I would recommend this place.

For me it's 4* because lake of quality service: 1. Not warmth welcome at Reception 2. Housekeeping not at 5* standards: no amenities in the room (face towels body lotion etc...) 3. Non turn up bed in the evening, I used the same face towels than showered in the afternoon and shower not clean.

My wife and I stayed at DaVinci hotel for our anniversary. Although the hotel is neat, the service is non existent. We had to beg them 4 times to come clean our room! Every time they promised to do it immediately. 6 hours later and after facing to talk to the manager our room was eventually cleaned. We also simply asked for ice to be brought to our room, which took hours and 3 phone calls to obtain. Lastly, we were told that we would have a king size bed. What we actually got was two single mattresses put next to each other with a king size duvet. This means during your sleep if you sleep in the middle, the mattresses will seperate and you will eventually fall through. I hurt my back quite badly during our sleep. All in all, I would recommend going to a cheaper place where you can get more value for money. Save your money and avoid this so called "5star" established, since most 3star hotels will provide far better bedding and service at a fraction of the cost.

Sandton is too quite ,some of hotel are still close because of covid 19 ,even shops and restaurants business is not like before
