Absolutely great service, we had the festive meal the table was set up lovely. Staff very attentive and friendly. Overall hotel and bar fantastic and we will definitely back again, I will also be passing on to friends and family to book here. Thanks for a great stay. Absolutamente ótimo serviço, tivemos a refeição festiva, a mesa estava linda. Funcionários muito atenciosos e simpáticos. No geral, o hotel e o bar são fantásticos e com certeza voltaremos novamente, também passarei para amigos e familiares para reservar aqui. Obrigado por uma excelente estadia.

I wish I had noted the name of the people who I spoke to, however, everyone was quick efficient and handled everything I wanted. Five out of five. Would recommend this hotel and restaurant to anyone visiting Livingston. The cost was a bit high but that is my fault because I booked the night before. Room was nice, shower was great. Checking in was straightforward, no issues. Dinner was nice. Breakfast was nice. I'll be staying again in a couple of weeks time. Eu gostaria de ter anotado o nome das pessoas com quem falei, porém, todos foram rápidos e eficientes e cuidaram de tudo que eu queria. Cinco em cinco. Gostaria de recomendar este hotel e restaurante para quem visita Livingston. O custo foi um pouco alto, mas a culpa é minha porque reservei na noite anterior. O quarto era bom, o chuveiro era ótimo. O check-in foi direto, sem problemas. O jantar foi bom. O café da manhã era bom. Vou ficar novamente em um par de semanas.

Desearía haber anotado el nombre de las personas con las que hablé, sin embargo, todos fueron rápidos y eficientes y manejaron todo lo que quería. Cinco de cinco. Recomendaría este hotel y restaurante a cualquiera que visite Livingston. El costo fue un poco alto, pero eso es mi culpa porque reservé la noche anterior. La habitación era agradable, la ducha era genial. El registro fue sencillo, sin problemas. La cena fue agradable. El desayuno estaba bien. Me quedaré de nuevo en un par de semanas.

Popped in, on spec, for a quick evening meal with my wife. Well looked after by all of the staff that dealt with us. Ellis was our server and was a model of quiet, polite efficiency. Well done. Meal was tasty and decent value. Apareceu, de acordo com as especificações, para uma rápida refeição noturna com minha esposa. Bem cuidado por todos os funcionários que nos atenderam. Brilliant from start to finish. Kids had an absolute ball and breakfast was delicious.I was meant to have 2 adults there but couldn’t at last minute. Had a 4 year old and an 18 month old on my own.nothing was too much trouble for the staff especially Rebecca. Keeping eye on kids while I had breakfast etc.great entertainment excellent food and hard working staff. Thank you Brilhante do início ao fim. As crianças tiveram uma bola absoluta e o café da manhã estava delicioso. Eu deveria ter 2 adultos lá, mas não pude no último minuto. Tinha um filho de 4 anos e um de 18 meses sozinho. nada era demais para a equipe especialmente Rebecca. Ficar de olho nas crianças enquanto eu tomava café da manhã etc. excelente entretenimento excelente comida e funcionários trabalhando duro. obrigada

Room was immaculate and well equipped, if a little snug for a family of four. Staff were very friendly and helpful, it was the first place I think I've ever stayed where every one of them seemed happy to work there. Even though it's situated next to a very busy road, the beer garden at the pub is a very pleasant place to be, with a great playground for the kids. Also great to see that it's dog friendly (they even get their own menu...). Ideally located for a short walk to the shopping centre. Quarto era imaculado e bem equipado, se um pouco confortável para uma família de quatro. A equipe foi muito simpática e prestativa, foi o primeiro lugar que eu acho que já fiquei onde cada um deles parecia feliz em trabalhar lá. Apesar de estar situado ao lado de uma rua muito movimentada, a esplanada do pub é um local muito agradável de se estar, com um óptimo parque infantil para as crianças. Também é bom ver que é cão amigável (eles ainda têm o seu próprio menu ...). Idealmente localizado a uma curta caminhada do centro comercial.

Mala relación calidad precio.Sucio, el baño mal limpio, cortina de baño q lleva años sin lavar. Dudo q las sábanas y toallas estuviesen limpias alguno de las 5 días q estuvimos. Pésima limpieza,no hay jabóndosificadores siempre vacios. Papeleras sin vaciar.

Los niños se lo pasaron en grande y el desayuno estaba delicioso. Estaba destinado a tener 2 adultos allí, pero no pude en el último minuto. Tuve un hijo de 4 años y otro de 18 meses solo. nada era demasiado problema para el personal, especialmente Rebecca. Vigilar a los niños mientras desayunaba, etc. Gran entretenimiento, excelente comida y personal trabajador. Gracias

La habitación estaba impecable y bien equipada, aunque un poco cómoda para una familia de cuatro. El personal era muy amable y servicial, creo que fue el primer lugar en el que me he alojado donde cada uno de ellos parecía feliz de trabajar allí. A pesar de que está situado junto a una calle muy transitada, la taberna al aire libre en el pub es un lugar muy agradable para estar, con un gran parque infantil para los niños. También es genial ver que admite perros (incluso tienen su propio menú...). Con una ubicación ideal para un corto paseo hasta el centro comercial.

Excellent restaurant. Menu choices are wide & varied. There are daily menu offers. Food was really good & portions were large. Good atmosphere & very friendly, engaging staff. Our server, Rebecca, was lovely & very friendly, happy & helpful. Will definitely eat here again

Served by Barry the assistant manager today, and I could not have asked for better service! Barry was professional and so friendly and kind. He could not do enough for my friend and I. I briefly mentioned it being my friends birthday and he so thoughtfully brought over our desserts with a candle in my friends cake and sang happy birthday. Barry made our night excellent and because of him, I would definitely return! Servido por Barry, o gerente assistente hoje, e eu não poderia ter pedido um serviço melhor! Barry foi profissional e tão amigável e gentil. Ele não poderia fazer o suficiente para o meu amigo e eu. Eu mencionei brevemente que era o aniversário dos meus amigos e ele tão cuidadosamente trouxe nossas sobremesas com uma vela no bolo dos meus amigos e cantou parabéns. Barry fez a nossa noite excelente e por causa dele, eu definitivamente voltaria!
