The rooms were clean and decent enough but there is no air conditioning and my room was about 50' from a 6-lane road. It was hot, there was no air, it was very very noisy, and I was unable to sleep at all. The staff were indifferent to our presence at best, not particularly friendly. There are not enough parking places for the amount of rooms and there is nowhere else to park so good luck if you get there late. I didn't eat there so I can't talk about the food, but this was a night of hell, which to be fair was foreshadowed by the first part of the hotel name. The only remotely good thing about this place is that it is easy to get to the airport, but I'd rather sleep in a tent next time.

Eu paguei £38 para o meu quarto que era adorável e limpo e bem equipado. Check-in e check-out foi impecável e rápido. Reservei o ônibus de traslado para o aeroporto na manhã seguinte, que custava £10. Apareceu antes das 8 da manhã, então eu tive muito tempo para entrar no ônibus. Eu era o único no ônibus e o motorista que se chamava Dave carregou meu telefone para mim e tivemos uma conversa adorável e ele me deixou na porta do terminal 3. Se você precisar ir ao aeroporto, eu reservaria este serviço de ônibus. Os hotéis Britannia têm uma má reputação, mas decidiram dar-lhes um giro! Check-in correu bem, mesmo foi perguntado se eu precisava de transporte para o aeroporto antes de eu perguntei durante o check-in. Pedi quarto para fumantes como eu fumo, quarto era muito limpo em todo embora um pouco datado. Pode-se dizer que você estava na ala de fumantes sem ser esmagadora com a fumaça do cigarro. A ceia pedida no bar estava linda! Quentinha e super recheio, o tamanho da porção era maravilhoso pelo preço. Desculpe, eu comi o hambúrguer e esqueci de tirar uma foto! Os funcionários da recepção, bar e limpeza foram todos muito agradáveis e prestativos. Cama super confortável, firme sem ser desconfortável, travesseiros extras e um cobertor fino sobressalente para noites mais quentes. Todo um quarto confortável! Corredor um pouco barulhento devido a portas e acessórios mais antigos em outros quartos, mas não insuportável. Ótimo para estadia barata de uma noite.

I paid £38 for my room which was lovely and clean and well equipped. Checking in and out was faultless and quick. I booked the shuttle bus for the airport the next morning which was £10. It turned up earlier than 8 am so I had lots of time to get on the bus. I was the only one on the bus and the driver who was called Dave charged my phone for me and we had a lovely conversation and he dropped me off at the door of terminal 3. If you need to get to the airport then I would book this bus service. My only things were some people may find the bed a bit hard but I didn't and although there are lots of parking spaces, I think they could use more

Britannia hotels have a bad reputation but decided to give them a whirl! Check in went smoothly, even was asked if I needed airport transfers before I asked during check in. Asked for smoking room as I smoke, room was very clean throughout although a little dated. One could tell you were in the smoking wing without it being overwhelming with cigarette smoke. Supper ordered from the bar was beautiful! Piping hot and super filling, portion size was marvellous for the price. Sorry i ate the burger and forgot to take a photo! Staff on desk, bar and cleaning were all very pleasant and helpful. Bed super comfy, firm without being uncomfortable, spare pillows provided as well an spare thin blanket for warmer nights. All round a comfortable room! Hallway a little noisy due to older doors and fixtures on other rooms but not unbearable. Great for cheap one night stay.

No. When I went to reception before going to shop I asked. “One will be sent up right away” was it? No. Went down a third time and they sent one up. Ask for a duvet so my toddler wasn’t laid on the hard mat and he said there is some in the wardrobe. There was a pillow and a thin blanket. The cot won’t go up so I go to them a fourth time having to drag my two kids downstairs in their pyjamas a second time because they do not answer the phone and they give me one and a thin sheet get it upstairs and it’s broken. Ridiculous company, wouldn’t recommend them to my worst enemy.

Terrible, staff when checking in were brilliant and welcoming. Night staff were a whole different story. 3 brothers 25, 22 and 17 years old and we being told at half 1 in the morning that our 17 year old brother wasn’t allowed stay unless he was occupied by a parent. Searching all hours in the morning just for bed after this, have spoken to quite a few people in the industry and they have never heard of this rule before. Would not recommend to anyone!!

Customer service was nice but the room itself was far from pleasant. The bed and pillows were very uncomfortable to cleep on. Barely slept the whole night as that's how uncomfortable it was. Sleeping in my car would of been more comfortable. Should of done that instead.There are better hotels in the area for a great night's sleep. Avoid this one.

Couldn’t fault this hotel - booked a stay last minute after missing a flight. Hotel staff were helpful and friendly, we were able to leave our car at the hotel for the duration of the trip and reception organised a taxi to the airport for us. Room was clean and the price was very reasonable.

Para ser honesto, não é um lugar ruim, fiquei aqui por 2 noites. Quarto era limpo e arrumado. Cama muito confortável, só tive alguns pequenos problemas com a água, não é exatamente quente, apenas morna. O trânsito pode ser um pouco incômodo. Para todos os funcionários com quem tive interações agradáveis e amigáveis. Mas pelo amor de Deus, por favor, pegue um limpador de janelas, pois eles estavam imundos. No geral, uma boa estadia. Ficarei novamente com certeza.

Apesar de alguns comentários preocupantes, nossa estadia de 1 noite, incluindo estacionamento coberto seguro por uma semana, foi boa. Todos os funcionários muito simpáticos e prestativos. Bom buffet à noite de valor, & quarto 'adequado para o efeito'. Hotel um pouco datado, mas excelente valor para uma parada.

To be honest not a bad place at all, stayed here for 2 nights. Room was clean and tidy. Bed very comfortable, only had a few minor problems with the water it's not exactly hot only luke warm. Traffic can be a little bothersome. For all the staff that I had interactions with where pleasant and friendly. But for goodness sake please get a window cleaner in as they where filthy. Overall a good stay. Will be staying again for certain.

El peor hotel en el que me he quedado, sin duda. No se lo recomiendo a nadie, los trabajadores son unos sinvergüenzas e irresponsables. No he podido dormir ninguna de las dos noches que me he hospedado. La primera, porque al llegar, teníamos un paquete allí con dos entradas de fútbol (valoradas en 500 libras) y al entregarnoslo, estaba rajado y sin entradas. Después de 4 horas intentando solucionarlo, no conseguimos nada. El hotel no se hace absolutamente responsable de nada, y los trabajadores tampoco. Los cuales, sigo pensando que son los que nos robaron. El encargado es el que menos vergüenza tiene, sin dudas. Hemos puesto reclamaciones, informado a Policía, etc...pero no creo que haya solución.La segunda noche, a las 4 de la mañana saltó la alarma contra incendio, sin motivos, y estuvo 10 minutos sonando, nadie apareció, nadie sabía nada. Increíble.Ojalá la alarma saltase pero porque hay un incendio, si, y quede reducido ese puto sitio a cenizas para que no puedan volver a putear a nadie.

Pensadlo no 2, si no 34 veces antes de entrar en un hotel de esta cadena. No he estado solo en este, si no en varios mas y todos son el peor sitio que he podido encontrar, el precio engaña, vas a conseguir lo que pagas, el wifi hay que pagarlo y tienen la cara de decir que es gratis, pero claro, en el main hall. Las habitaciones tienen el unico lujo de poseer sabanas limpias, porque en la moqueta puedes encontrar 3 enfermedades todavia por descubrir, la calefaccion no funciona y pasé una noche entera a 2º, de lo peor. Y para colmo puedes mantener una perfecta conversacion con la habitación de al lado desde tu propia cama. Y los trabajadores son unos soberbios, al irme de uno de los hoteles me deje una bolsa de equipaje en la habitación y cuando voy a reclamarla no responden ni saben nada. Nada recomendable a no ser que pierdas un vuelo y tengas que cobijarte en la primera trinchera que veas.

Calificaría esta estancia como la peor de mi vida. Debí recibir un paquete valorado en 500€ en dicho hotel a mi nombre. Lo recibí si, pero vacío, con el precinto manipulado. El hotel no se hizo responsable incluso teniendo el nombre y confirmación de recogida de la persona, curiosamente el encargado. Malos modales, nadie habla español, cosa que si pone en las características del hotel. Me jodieron el fin de semana. Una de las noches a las 4 de la mañana empezó a sonar la alarma contra incendio, todavía me retumban los oídos y no, no había ni humo ni incendio. Al hacer el check out de nuevo malos modales y despreocupación total por mi situación. Prefiero dormir en la calle bajo la lluvia que volver a pisar este hotel.

Habitaciones anticuadas y baños con desperfectos, el wifi solo es gratuito 20 minutos, personal poco amable cuando les comentas cualquier desperfecto o el detalle del wifi. Desayuno con poca variedad y cuando hay grupos se vuelven caóticos pues no reponen y solo hay una persona limpiando mesas. Terminas apartando las sobras de otros para poder tú desayunar.

El hotel es bastante normal, básico. Está un poco viejo, sobre todo los cuartos de baño en las habitaciones. Además cobran al cliente por todo: por dejar las maletas si llegas pronto, por el WiFi que no tienen en las habitaciones y por el parking. Por el precio que tiene podría incluir al menos el desayuno, pero tampoco lo incluye. En definitiva, hotel caro para lo que ofrece.

El hotel no inspiraba mucho en un principio (Gran imitación de los edificios soviéticos de la perestroika) pero al entrar inspiraba muchísimo menos si cabía. La habitación contaba con una mascota inesperada, el váter no tenía ni agua (Cosa que en este país sobra), la comida del servicio de habitaciones es pasable pero se ve que no les apetecía mucho cocinar porque ni me han cogido el teléfono. PD: Si te gusta la música contemporánea, puedes disfrutar de maravillosos conciertos nocturnos por parte de los aviones y del tráfico
