I do a lot of traveling for my job, so I stay in hotels all across the country. The Baymont Inn in Florence, Alabama has the nicest staff and most comfortable beds that I've seen so far, in my 11 years traveling on the road.
The manager, Harsh Patel, went out of his way to help me fix my vehicle when it would not start. They even gave me complimentary bottles of water one night, when I was unable to make it to the store.
The rooms are very clean and housekeeping is very nice and respectful of your privacy. If you work nights, like I do, then you have to sleep during the day. As long as my sign was outside the door, they never knocked or bothered me.
Contrary to what some people in the area think, this hotel is extremely safe, and the have cameras all around the property. You don't have to worry about anyone messing with your vehicle.
Their pool is always very clean also. If you book in the Summer time.

Service is great, rooms are clean and pretty nice. The pool is open during the coronavirus which is great considering everything else is closed! I would recommend staying here if you want a great room, great service for little money. This is the best place for the money by far. We will stay here when we come to town from now own...

Tivemos uma estadia muito relaxante no Baymont Inn. Era limpo e atualizado de forma moderna. O café da manhã gratuito nos encheu e comemos nossos sobras de muffins de papoula durante todo o dia. Tuve una estancia muy relajante en Baymont Inn. Estaba limpio y moderno actualizado. El desayuno gratis nos llenó y comimos nuestras magdalenas sobrantes de semillas de amapola todo el día. ¡Estaban deliciosos! Las camas eran cómodas y las habitaciones eran tranquilas. Had a very relaxing stay at Baymont Inn.It was clean and modernly updated.The free breakfast filled us up and we ate our leftover poppyseed muffins all day.They were delicious!The beds were comfy and the rooms were quiet.The friendly staff encouraged us to come back and we surely will!
